Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website belongs to Titan BR LLC, a tile and flooring installer based in Freeport, Florida. Questions about this policy or your information: titanbrllc@gmail.com or (850) 714-2036.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect what you type in the form: the service you need, the project city, the approximate size, when you'd like to start, your name, your phone number and, if you give it, your email.
With the request, we also record how you found this page: the ad campaign and keyword (UTM parameters), the click identifiers that Google and Meta add to ad links (such as gclid and fbclid), the first page you visited and the site that sent you here. Your browser keeps this for up to 90 days so a request can be linked to the ad that brought you.
How we use it
- To contact you about your project and prepare your estimate.
- To know which ads bring estimate requests, so we can spend our advertising budget where it works.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing text messages.
Advertising and measurement tools
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. They use cookies and similar technologies to tell Google and Meta when someone who clicked an ad requests an estimate or taps our phone number. When a request is sent, your email and phone number may be shared with Google and Meta only in scrambled form (a one-way hash) to match the request to an ad click. You can manage how Google and Meta use your information for ads at Google Ad Settings and in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block cookies in your browser.
Who else sees it
Your request is stored on our website host and sent to our business email and to Privyr, the app we use to receive and answer estimate requests. WeDo Marketing, the agency that manages our website and ads, can access requests to report on campaign results. They act on our behalf and do not use your information for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email titanbrllc@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their home or property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
